These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, motorcycle rental services, and guided tours provided by Madeira Motorcycle Paradise. By booking, renting, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer motorcycle rentals and guided tours on the island of Madeira. Specific details, availability, and prices are provided on our website or directly during booking.

3. Eligibility

  • Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license recognized in Portugal.

  • Riders must meet the minimum age requirement [insert age, e.g., 21 years].

  • Riders must have sufficient experience to safely operate the selected motorcycle.

4. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations must be made in advance via our website, email, or directly.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Madeira Motorcycle Paradise and may not be used without prior consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
